Can i get through my self created problems?
It sounds like it's been quite hard to admit to yourself that this is something that you might need help with, where it does seem like anything to do with this car is bothering you though it's brilliant that you have. When you do start avoiding something it can sometimes make things like this worse, as the avoidance can reinforce the feelings you have around it. It might be worth looking into getting counselling to help you be able to start dealing with the emotions you have around these cars and the things to do with them, there's a lot of techniques that counselling can help you develop which I think would really help you.
